Alexander rejoined the agency business last year after three years at Atlas Entertainment, the company that makes the recent Batman and Superman films. He landed at Resolution, which was hungry for experienced agents that could bring in talent to a fledgling agency. Alexander joined a wave of recent defectors, which includes Adam Kanter, Martin Spencer and COO Jeff Franklin. ICM now has 39 partners.

In his first stint as a representative, Alexander worked at CAA for a decade, helping actors such as Heath Ledger, Natalie Portman and Jared Leto.
