James Corden Gets Driven to Work by Chewbacca Mask Lady (Video)

A surprise guest makes an appearance in the back seat

When James Corden gets driven to work by the Chewbacca Mask Lady, you can expect a whole lot of laughs.

Candace Payne was a guest on CBS’ “The Late Late Show” on Monday when Corden and Payne shot the sketch, including the Chewbacca mask that catapulted Payne to stardom.

“You know that doesn’t sound like Chewbacca, right?” Corden tells Payne as she’s laughing through the mask. That’s when “Star Wars” director J.J. Abrams pops up in the backseat.

“You know, I disagree,” he told Corden, and then started teaching Payne the correct Chewbacca noise. Corden, feeling left out, decided to put on the mask too, and they all erupted in laughter.

Candace Payne became a viral sensation when she uploaded a video of herself in her car putting on the Chewbacca mask she had just bought.

The video has garnered more than 140 million views and broke a Facebook record along the way — in fact, her video became the most watched Facebook Live Video post ever.
