Fans watching Jennifer Lawrence’s appearance on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” on Thursday night learned a valuable lesson: Don’t get into a bar fight with the actress.
While promoting “mother!” Lawrence discussed her other film, “Red Sparrow,” which she filmed in Budapest. The actress then revealed she “got in a real bar fight!”
“That seems like a dangerous place to get into a bar fight,” host Seth Meyers joked.

for him,” Lawrence replied. “Shout out to Dream Team — you know who you are.”
Lawrence explained that it was “beer night” at the bar, and she was “drunk, which is rare.”
“This guy asked me for a selfie and I was like, ‘No. Thank you. No.’ He was like, ‘Please! My girlfriend will never believe me.’ My friend was like, ‘If your girlfriend won’t believe you then she’s not The One,'” Lawrence recalled.
“He goes, ‘Yeah? F— you!’ And…I don’t know. Something in me just snapped — but it couldn’t have been the alcohol,” the actress joked. “I was like, ‘Did you just say f— you
to me?! Did you just say f— you to me?!’ I grabbed him, I took beers and I started dousing him, all over him. He weirdly had a suitcase, he went straight to the bar. I was like, ‘Is that your s—?!’ I started pouring beers all over his suitcase. My friend Chris came up, grabbed me from behind and goes, ‘Don’t waste beer! Don’t waste beer!’ I instantly relaxed. I was like, ‘Of course! What was I thinking?'”

In “Red Sparrow,” Lawrence plays Dominika Egorova, a prima ballerina seemingly sabotaged with an injury by another performer in her dance company. Not wanting to let her able body and dramatic versatility go to waste, the Russian government recruits her as a spy.
The film is based on the book of the same name by Jason Matthews and boasts a screenplay by Justin Haythe. “Red Sparrow” opens March 2, 2018.
“mother!,” on the other hand, opened Friday. Javier Bardem, Ed Harris and Michelle Pfeiffer also star.
