Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy have entered a union with A&E, in order to bring their own marriage to the small screen.

“Blue Bloods” star Wahlberg and former “The View” panelist McCarthy will star in a reality series, “Donnie Loves Jenny,” as part of an unscripted development and production deal with A&E.

The series, which has received a 10-episode order, will premiere next year with a special one-hour wedding episode. Wahlberg and McCarthy, who tied the knot earlier this year, will also executive produce the series.

“Not only have we found a new home together, we have found the perfect place for our exciting new projects to live with A&E Network,” the newlyweds said. “We’re so excited about this deal and look forward to a long and successful relationship creating entertaining and provocative unscripted programming with our partners at A&E. Our feeling is, who better to make our first show for the network about than about us? We love working together and with our crazy schedules, this gives us the chance to both work and play together.”

Wahlberg and McCarthy are familiar entities for A&E. The reality series “Wahlburgers,” which chronicles the Wahlberg family’s adventures in the restaurant business, has featured McCarthy as a guest star.

“We’re thrilled to join Donnie and Jenny as they begin the next chapter of their lives,” A&E’s general manager and executive vice president David McKillop said. “Viewers have enjoyed following their relationship on ‘Wahlburgers’ and we look forward to sharing this next part of their journey.”

“Wahlburgers” production company 44 Blue Productions will produce the series in association with D&J Productions.
