Jeremy Fuchs has been named the new Chief Information Officer of STX Entertainment, according to an internal announcement made Friday. Fuchs begins his duties on Monday and will report to COO Tom McGrath and CFO Andy Warren.
Fuchs will handle all strategic planning for all information technology at STX. A graduate of Northwestern, Fuchs most recently served as Chief Technology Officer for Broad Green Pictures, which shut down its production division this past week. He also worked for a combined 12 years at Warner Bros. and Lionsgate, and previously served as a consultant at 20th Century Fox, Fandango, Netflix and NBCUniversal.
STX Entertainment’s next film, “The Foreigner,” which stars Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan, will be released in the U.S. on Oct. 13.
