Jerry Seinfeld’s ‘Tonight Show’ Pictionary Partner, YouTube Star Miranda Sings, Sabotages Game (Video)

Martin Short and Jimmy Fallon don’t fare much better than their bickering opponents in the disastrous game

Jerry Seinfeld and Martin Short were on board for a quick game of Pictionary on “The Tonight Show” on Monday night. Seinfeld even brought the subject of his latest episode of “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee,” YouTube star Miranda Sings, to be his partner.

This might have been a mistake.

Sings (Colleen Ballinger) basically sabotaged any attempt at a real game by staying in character throughout the bit. She started off by drawing “Mistletoe” incredibly slow, and yelling at her partner the whole way.

“Stop yelling at me; there’s too much pressure,” she shouted at Seinfeld as he urged her to draw something … anything. Luckily, Short and Jimmy Fallon proved awful at guessing one another’s drawings as well, and they were really trying.

About the only thing that worked was both Seinfeld and Fallon doing over-the-top Seinfeld impressions as their exasperation only grew throughout each scoreless round.

As it turns out, this foursome was absolutely terrible at Pictionary, heading into the final round all tied up at zero. By this point, there was’t a lot of hope that anyone would score before the game was up.

For fans of Miranda Sings’ YouTube persona, known as “Mirfandas,” the bit was a delight. But it might have been nice had she simply showed up and played as herself. Or maybe Short should have played as one of his comedy personas like Jiminy Glick or Ed Grimley.

Watch the full, disastrous game.

Miranda Sings’ “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” interview with Jerry Seinfeld was equally as awkward.

“The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET on NBC.
