Veteran publicist Jill Fritzo is departing PMK-BNC after 23 years to form her own agency.

The New York-based rep’s client roster includes Michael Strahan, Trevor Noah, Kristin Chenoweth, Brooke Shields, Carmelo Anthony, Tony Danza and Mark Consuelos — who are expected to follow her to the new outfit. PMK CEO and co-Chairman Cindi Berger broke the news to staff on both coasts.

Fritzo will take along talent rep Michael Geiser for the bicoastal operation. His resume includes a stint at Lionsgate.

“I am forever grateful for the incredibly rewarding years I had at PMK and I look forward to this new adventure,” Fritzo said in a statement.

“It is with deep sadness that I share with you the news that Jill Fritzo has decided to leave us and start her own company. Jill has been a valued team member for so many years. We know that Jill has gone through a lot of personal changes in her life and at this time has decided to work on her own,” Berger said.

“Today’s global marketplace demands on the culture of celebrity are all-encompassing,” Fritzo continued of the new endeavor. “We recognize the importance of aiding clients and navigating the challenges of building and maintaining their respective brands across new platforms.”
