Jimmy Fallon to Present Justin Timberlake with Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at MTV VMAs

No word yet on if there will be a History of Rap part 5

Jimmy Fallon will present Justin Timberlake with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the 2013 "MTV Video Music Awards" on Sunday.

The network announced the news Friday in anticipation of the two long-time friends and collaborators ("History of Rap") sharing the stage for the momentous — and likely humorous — Moonman hand-off.

The award honors artistry and innovation in music videos. Previous recepients include the eponymous Jackson himself, Madonna, Britney Spears, Beastie Boys, Red Hot Chili Peppers and others.

As a solo artist and member of *NSYNC, Timberlake has taken home 14 Moonmen, placing him second all-time only to Madonna.

Timberlake is also set to deliver a "not-to-miss epic performance," according to MTV, during Sunday's broadcast. It has been widely speculated that there will be an *NSYNC reunion on stage.
