Jimmy Fallon Remembers the Lyrics to ‘Sucker’ and Nick Jonas Gets Soaked (Video)

‘Twas a lively edition of “Slay It, Don’t Spray It” on the “Tonight Show”

Jimmy Fallon made a sucker out of Nick Jonas during an edition of “Slay It, Don’t Spray It” on Tuesday’s “Tonight Show.”

Needless to say, the pop star got sprayed when Fallon managed to remember the words to the Jonas Brothers’ hit single “Sucker.”

The rules of the game are simple– if you forget the words to the song, you get sprayed from your water-spouting microphone. And if your opponent remembers the words, you also get sprayed by their mic.

The winning lyric was “I’m a sucker for you, say the word and I’ll go anywhere blindly.”

Fallon was quite pleased with himself for remembering the line, considering he got totally hosed for not knowing the words to Train’s hit song “Drops of Jupiter.” To be fair to Fallon, does anyone actually know the words to that song other than the band’s singer, Patrick Monahan?

The lyric he missed was “Tell me, did you fall from a shooting star? One without a permanent scar?”

Jonas lucked out with the 2008 pop-classic “I Kissed a Girl” by Katy Perry and “Sugar, We’re Goin Down” by Fall Out Boy. He remembered the words to both, resulting in two sprayings for Fallon.

It’s a wonder either of them could see through their protective glasses by the time they got to their final duet: “High Hopes” by Panic! At the Disco.

Take a wild guess which one of them messed up the words to that one.
