On Tuesday, Kimmel sent his cousin Sal to annoy tourists by making them wait for him to take a photo of his family. It was a bit of payback, as Kimmel explained, because tourists are constantly slowing him down on Hollywood Boulevard, where they take forever to snap a photo on their cell phones.
