Jimmy Kimmel Rubs West Coast Weather in the Face of East Coasters Suffering Through Storms (Video)
While much of the east coast has already received its first snowfall, a Los Angeles reporter kept himself busy by making sand angels on the air

In a continued effort to remind his viewers what winter weather looks like, Jimmy Kimmel checked in on east coast weather reports on Wednesday, and compared them to the forecast Southern California is facing.
“25,000 homes went without power today because of the snow, and the rain, and heavy wins,” Kimmel said. “I should say there was a moderate amount of precipitation here early this morning when hundreds of actors and actresses found out they weren’t nominated for a SAG Award.”
Other than a good chance that more tears will flow this morning after the Golden Globe nominees are announced, it looks like Los Angeles weather correspondents can continue to be thankful they’re employed today, despite no actual weather conditions to report on.
There’s an 80 percent chance they’ll actually have to do their job on Friday, though, because rain — yes, that awful wet stuff — is expected to hit the city.
