“Full House” alum John Stamos‘ court date stemming from a DUI arrest has been pushed back until Nov. 24, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office told TheWrap on Friday.

Stamos’ arraignment had previously been scheduled for Friday at 8:30 a.m. PT. A spokesperson for the district attorney’s office was unable to say why the arraignment was continued.

The actor faces one misdemeanor count of driving while under the influence of drugs after being arrested June 12 near Canon Drive and Brighton Way in Beverly Hills. Stamos was arrested after concerned citizens reported that he was allegedly behaving strangely and driving erratically.

If convicted as charged, the actor who currently stars in the Fox series “Grandfathered,” faces a maximum of six months in county jail.

Stamos’ case remains under investigation by the Beverly Hills Police Department.
