Rowan Atkinson is back as secret agent Johnny English in “Johnny English Strikes Again,” and in the new trailer, he is struggling with a VR headset on a new mission.
“Not sure I’ve ever met a man quite like you,” English gets told by a beautiful woman at a bar.
“You haven’t,” he responds.
In the trailer, English gets introduced to virtual reality and is warned not to lose sense of his actual reality — which, of course, he does. And he wreaks havoc, which includes throwing someone off a city tour bus and setting a restaurant on fire.
Directed by David Kerr, “Johnny English Strikes Again” also stars Olga Kurylenko, Emma Thompson, Jake Lacy and Miranda Hennessy. The screenplay was written by William Davies.
“Johnny English Strikes Again” is the third installment in the series, following 2003’s “Johnny English” and 2011’s “Johnny English Reborn.”
The film will hit theaters on Oct. 26.
