The "Jon & Kate Plus 8" saga has hit Chicago’s courts.
The production company for the divorce-torn show on cable TV’s TLC network filed papers in Cook County’s Circuit Court Tuesday seeking to subpoena a different Kate — Kate Major, a Glenview resident and onetime Star magazine reporter.
Major is also reportedly an ex-girlfriend of Jon Gosselin, the former co-star of the reality TV series who’s now being sued by Discovery Talent for breach of contract.
