Judd Apatow to Open Jay Mohr’s ‘Mohr Stories’ Fall Season

On the popular podcast, Apatow will discuss getting heckled by Jim Carrey and turning Paul Rudd into a comedic actor

Judd Apatow will be the first guest for the fall series of Jay Mohr‘s podcast, “Mohr Stories.”

The man behind some of the most popular comedies of our day will discuss getting his start in the industry, getting heckled by Jim Carrey and turning Paul Rudd into a comedic actor in “Anchorman” (apparently not realizing that Rudd had already established those comedic acting talents years before with “Wet Hot American Summer”).

Apatow’s a big “Mohr” fan, he said, even showing off his phone with the “Mohr Stories” app. Mohr was thrilled —  until Apatow added that he usually listens to the show at night when he’s trying to fall asleep.

“Mohr Stories” returns on Oct. 21, via its native app (if you want to be like Apatow), Mohr’s website or any number of podcast hosting services.
