‘Justified’ Boss Graham Yost Working on WWII Drama for WGN America

Project centers on a family living in Paris on the eve of World War II

Graham Yost is getting his war on for WGN America.

Yost, who developed the FX drama “Justified,” is developing a new drama for the network, which recently jumped into the original scripted waters with the witch drama “Salem.”

Yost’s WGN America drama, which was first reported by the Hollywood Reporter, is based on the upcoming Alex Kershaw novel “Avenue of Spies,” about a family living in Paris on the eve of World War II.

Andrea Berloff (“World Trade Center”) is writing the project, which is set up at Sony Pictures Television.

Yost is attached to executive produce, along with Berloff, Judith Verno and Management 360. Kershaw will co-executive produce.
