Kaley Cuoco Pays Sweet Tribute to John Ritter on 15th Anniversary of His Death (Photo)

“15 years .. love you forever, John!’ writes “The Big Bang Theory” star of her former TV dad

Kaley Cuoco took time out to pay tribute to her former TV dad John Ritter on Tuesday, the 15th anniversary of the actor’s death.

In an Instagram post, “The Big Bang Theory” star Cuoco shared a picture of herself crouched in front of Ritter’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, her fingers pressed to her lips.

“15 years .. love you forever, John! #johnritter you still make me laugh every singe [sic] day,” Cuoco wrote in a caption accompanying the photo.

Cuoco starred as Bridget Hennessy, the eldest daughter of Ritter’s character Paul Hennessy, on the ABC sitcom “8 Simple Rules,” which also starred “Married With Children” alum Katey Sagal.

Ritter died unexpectedly in 2003 while the second season of the series was still filming, after complaining of discomfort during a rehearsal and being hospitalized.

After being misdiagnosed as having a heart attack, he was later diagnosed with an aortic dissection and died that evening.
