Club owners beware! Kim and Kourtney Kardashian are officially moving to New York.

After filming two seasons in Miami, the next sister's E! reality show will be called "Kourtney and Kim Take New York." Khloe, the third Kardashian sister, opted to stay home with her husband, L.A. Laker Lamar Odom, but she will guest on the series.

The official press release from E! says "Kourtney and Kim Take New York" will feature "frequent visits from Khloe, who will still be involved in the buying decisions for the NY store and busy running the company's Southern California headquarters, she’ll be keeping a watchful eye on her sisters as she settles into her second year of marriage to L.A. Laker Lamar Odom."

"Kourtney and Kim Take New York" will focus on the sister's efforts to open a new outpost for their chain of upscale women's clothing stores. Lisa Berger, executive vice president of entertainment programming announced the show Tuesday.

“This all new adventure will give diehard Kardashian fans a-fly- on-the-wall experience as the girls launch another successful Dash Boutique and make New York City their playground,” Berger said.

At the time, a network spokesperson told TheWrap, "We're not revealing any specifics about the plans for season three."

The Kardashian sisters' various reality projects have scored record ratings for E!.

"Kourtney and Kim Take New York" is produced by Ryan Seacrest Productions and Bunim-Murray Productions. Ryan Seacrest, Jon Murray, Gil Goldschein and Jeff Jenkins are executive producers with Melissa Bidwell serving as co-executive producer. It will premiere in January 2011.
