Dash Boutique is blind to the needs of the visually impaired — at least, that’s the claim made by a lawsuit filed against the boutique chain founded by the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” family.

In the suit filed last week in federal court in Florida, Andres Gomez claims that the website for the chain, which offers merchandise for sale, discriminates against the visually impaired.

“This case arises out of the fact that Defendant Dash Boutique, Inc., has operated its business in a manner and way that completely excludes individuals with disabilities who are visually impaired from enjoying and accessing the Defendant’s website,” the lawsuit reads.

Among other things, Gomez, who says that he’s — yes, he’s — legally blind, claims that the site “contains access barriers” that prevent “free and full use” by visually impaired visitors who use screen reading software.

TheWrap has reached out to comment from Dash on the lawsuit.

Alleging violations of the Americans With Disabilities, among other counts, the suit seeks unspecified damages.
