Kathy Griffin has attracted the wrath of not just open Trump supporters.
“My Life on the D-List” alum Griffin, who earlier this year angered many by posing for a photo with what appeared to be the bloody, decapitated head of President Trump, has also invoked the ire of her neighbor, KB Home CEO Jeffrey Mezger, according to the Huffington Post, which published audio of the reported incident.
In the audio, which was captured by security cameras on Saturday and provided to the Post by Griffin’s boyfriend Randy Bick, who lives with Griffin in the gated community they share with Mezger and his wife Sandra, Mezger is heard calling Griffin a “f–king bald dyke” and a “c–t.” He also notes that President Trump “kind of put the heat” on her.
Griffin shaved her head earlier this year to show solidarity with her cancer-stricken sister Joyce, who died last week.
According to the Post, Mezger’s tirade came after Griffin and Bick called police to report a noise disturbance.
A KB Home spokesperson told Huffington Post in a statement that Mezger “regrets losing his temper.”
“Mr. Mezger regrets losing his temper over a supposed noise complaint involving his three young grandchildren in his swimming pool around 8 p.m. on Saturday, while they were being supervised by their mother and grandmother,” the statement read. “He apologizes for the language he used, as it does not reflect who he is or what he believes.”
Sounds like the grandkids got quite the vocabulary lesson over the weekend.
