Three-time Emmy Award-winning television host Keltie Knight is joining the ‘E! News’ team as chief correspondent, E! announced in a press release on Thursday. Knight, who is also a New York Times best-selling author will work alongside co-hosts Justin Sylvester and Adrienne Bailon-Houghton during the nightly news show when it returns on Nov. 14.

While the role for Knight is fresh, her time with E! Isn’t new. The Canadian-born media personality previously starred on E!’s “LADYGANG,” which she also co-created. Her previous work also includes performing as a correspondent for Entertainment Tonight, and she is the former weekend co-host and correspondent for the syndicated show “The Insider.

Knight says her new cemented role at E! came when she was taking a break from her corporate career to focus on personal projects.

“After 10 years of entertainment TV, during the pandemic, I stepped away to focus on other creative outlets, my podcast ‘LADYGANG,’ writing our second book and ‘Superfan,’ a new primetime series I’m co-creator, host and the executive producer of,” said Knight, also mentioning that she received a call from executive producers John Redmann and John Pascarella about “E! News” coming back. “I knew I was ready for a new chapter.”

Knight continued: “Being able to work with two very talented hosts, Justin Sylvester and Adrienne Bailon, and create news within the largest social footprint in the entertainment genre is a testament that E! is brimming with talent and ambition and I know our show will soar in the months and years to come.”

“E! News” comes back to screens Mondays through Thursdays on Nov. 14 at 11:30 p.m.
