The “Scandal” star tweeted out on Friday: “Folks mad about spoilers are making me laugh. I feel u’re pain but thats what EVENT TV is! If u dont wanna know the score, dont follow ESPN.”

The tweet is apropos today, as the ABC drama on Thursday paid off last week’s killer cliffhanger.
“Scandal” was the evening’s top-rated show in the advertiser-sought 18-49 demographic and the most social telecast on Twitter. The show birthed 440,000 tweets last night, a significant jump from the prior episode.
