Kevin Smith got mistaken for Kevin James in a hilarious get well gift from the people over at Disney Channel after the filmmaker suffered a massive heart attack earlier this week.

“Friends & folks I work with have been sending thoughtful Get Well baskets since I got home,” Smith wrote on Instagram accompanying a photo of a Mickey Mouse cookie that says, “Get Well Soon Kevin James!” “But @disneychannel just won the prize for funniest gift when they sent these cookies. Last week I was telling the folks there that a certain percentage of people I meet always call me #kevinjames. So THIS is an insanely well-timed joke on tasty treat that I won’t eat because I’m thinking about getting it framed instead.”

Smith tweeted early Monday that he suffered a “massive heart attack” after a stand-up show in L.A. on Sunday night. The writer-director-comic had been shooting “Kevin Smith Live!” at the Alex Theatre in Glendale when the incident occurred and he canceled the second of two scheduled performances.

“The Doctor who saved my life told me I had 100% blockage of my LAD artery (aka “the Widow-Maker”),” he tweeted from his hospital bed. “If I hadn’t canceled show 2 to go to the hospital, I would’ve died tonight. But for now, I’m still above ground!”

In a Facebook video he posted on Tuesday, Smith walked fans through what happened and the massive lifestyle changes he’s going to have to undergo following the heart attack.

“I started feeling nauseous, and I tried to lay down on the floor, and when I was laying down on the floor, I wound up getting ill, like threw up but mostly bile,” Smith said. “I just thought I got some bad milk. That was it.”

He continued, “I started feeling pressure on my chest, but not like, ‘There’s an elephant on my chest,’ I just couldn’t catch my breath. Honestly, I was never really in pain.”
