Kim Kardashian is going to try her hand at producing.
The reality TV star is teaming with Bunim-Murray Productions, the company behind MTV’s "Real World" franchise, to executive produce "The Spin Crowd."
"Spin Crowd" will follow the action at Command PR, an entertainment industry public relations firm owned by Jonathan Cheban and Simon Huck. E! has ordered eight half-hour episodes of the series.
In Thursday’s announcement about the show, E! Entertainment Programming executive VP Lisa Berger said, “We’re delighted to have Kim on board as executive producer of this series, which chronicles this unique duo as they work with A-list celebrities, designers and formidable clients while managing to keep their young and sometimes inexperienced staff from spinning out of control.”
"The Spin Crowd" originally aired as a half-hour special called "The SPINdustry" back in February.
The show is the first time Kardashian is trying out the producer role.
