Lana Del Rey’s ‘From LA to the Moon Tour’ Doesn’t Go to LA or the Moon

The closest singer gets to Los Angeles is San Diego

Lana Del Rey set her 2018 “L.A. to the Moon” tour dates — but her performances don’t anywhere near to Los Angeles or the moon.

The closest her 24-day trek gets to L.A. is San Diego, California (a good 120 miles away). Other cities include Minneapolis, Denver, Philadelphia, Charlotte, Orlando, Atlanta, Nashville, Dallas and Las Vegas.

The tour — which supports her most recent LP, “Lust for Life” — will kick off on Jan. 5 at Minneapolis’ Target Center and will run through Feb. 28, closing in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The singer also announced that Jhene Aiko and Kali Uchis will be joining her on the United States leg of the tour. Tickets will start to go on sale on Sept. 28th for fans who purchase merchandise from Del Rey’s online shop. General sale begins Oct. 2.

According to Rolling Stone, Del Rey will appear at the Tower of Song: A Memorial Tribute to Leonard Cohen at Montreal’s Bell Center on Nov. 6. Elvis Costello and Sting will also be in attendance.

While it’s likely Del Rey will add more dates to her tour, her reps declined to comment to TheWrap on the matter.
