Lena Dunham doesn’t make demands to HBO, she just accepts whatever demands the network makes to her.
“I just say, ‘Yes HBO, thank you HBO, I’m at your service. Which item of clothing would you like me to remove?’” the 27-year-old creator of “Girls” — notorious for appearing naked on the series — joked with David Letterman on Monday’s “Late Show.”

The quip came when Letterman was confused why HBO is premiering two back-to-back episodes of the comedy’s third season on Jan. 12, instead of one long episode.
“I think we thought that the first two episodes really went together. Storywise, you wanted to conclude it,” Dunham said before giving a simpler answer. “Also, I’m not involved in programming.”
