‘Lights Out’ Canceled by FX

Boxing drama fails to go a second round

It's lights out for the FX series "Lights Out."

FX has canceled the boxing drama, the station announced on Tuesday. The series, which stars Holt McCallany, will air its final two episodes on March 29 and April 5 in its regular time slot of Tuesdays 10 p.m. ET/PT.

"Lights Out" premiered in January.

The cancellation might signal bad news for FX, as this is the second new series in a row to receive the ax from the network. The detective drama "Terriers" got canceled in December.
