Lindsay Lohan Says She Had Miscarriage During Production, Addresses List of Lovers on OWN Finale (Video)

The actress ended her TV series with a bombshell confession on Sunday’s two-hour episode

OWN

Lindsay Lohan revealed on the finale of her OWN series that she had suffered a miscarriage during the production. She also addressed the leaked list of famous lovers, which has been making headlines lately, on Sunday’s two-hour finale.

As the series started airing while it was still shooting, Lohan tried to explain what it felt like to watch herself on TV. It was then that Lohan took viewers back to the two week portion in production in which she wouldn’t let OWN shoot her. Many just saw it as Lohan just being difficult or having fallen off the wagon. Instead, she dropped a bombshell.

“When the camera’s on, I’m on,” Lohan said. “And if I know I’m not capable of being on, that’s why I’d say ‘I can’t film today.’ And no one knows this… I had a miscarriage during those two weeks I took off. It’s a very long story. That’s why on the show when it said ‘she doesn’t want to come down,’ I couldn’t move, I was sick. And mentally, that messes with you.”

Director Amy Rice told Lohan she was sorry. Rice could probably tell she had TV gold in that statement and that there will be a media stampede to figure out which lover got her pregnant.

The confession will also place more attention on the leaked list of famous lovers. Lohan explained that she made the list as part of her rehab treatment at the Betty Ford Clinic — possibly during her 2013 stint.

“That’s not about me. I don’t care about me in that situation,” the actress said. “I care about the people who were involved and other people, because it was really disrespectful. That’s something sacred to me. That’s something I trusted with people in my life.”

She also discussed who she believed leaked the list. It was one of two people who helped her move from the Beverly Hills hotel, who she said “might be in the show” though the person was no longer in her life.

She continued, “It was mean spirited for someone to do that. That is a desperate person and I hope they find some peace, because someone who’s willing to do that to someone else is really f—cked up in the head. I don’t want that in my life.”

These confessions will probably overshadow the scenes which show that Lohan seems to be getting her career momentum back: a new movie, a possible book. And as opposed to earlier in the season, she was showing up to work on time.

There may also be some press over the fact that Lohan was set to introduce Miley Cyrus during the Jingle Ball concert in New York. Lohan wanted to speak to her before the show to find out if there was anything the actress and pop star wanted her to say during the intro, but Cyrus didn’t (or couldn’t) meet with her. Prepare thyself for Miley disses Lindsay takes on that scene.

The series lost about 24 percent of its premiere episode viewership in its second week. It remains to be seen if the revelations on the finale gives “Lindsay” a bump in the ratings.
