Even David Visentin is gonna “love” this: HGTV’s “Love It or List It” just posted the series’ best demo rating since February 2014.

On Monday, a new episode of the remodel-or-sell show delivered a 0.75 Live + Same Day Nielsen rating among viewers 25-54. That demo number represented a 40 percent ratings increase year over year in the 9-10 p.m. time slot.

Among men in that important age range, Monday’s episode matched the series’ former high. An encore of a previous “Love It or List It” episode served as lead-in from 8-9 o’clock.

“Love It or List It” features designer Hilary Farr and real estate agent Visentin as they help homeowners make a difficult decision: love their existing home after Hilary remodels their space, or purchase a new house that David finds to better fit the needs of the family.

Overall, this season of “Love It or List It” is up 20 percent in the time slot versus the hour’s 2017 average.
