Margot Kidder, who played reporter Lois Lane in the “Superman” film series starring Christopher Reeve, received touching tributes from her fellow Lois Lanes, Erica Durance and Teri Hatcher, on Monday, following news of Kidder’s death at age 69.

In a tweet published Monday, Durance — who played Lane on the WB/CW series “Smallville” — remembered Kidder as “one kick a– lady,” adding, “You will be missed.”

News broke Monday that Kidder, who played Lane in 1978’s “Superman” — alongside Christopher Reeves’ Clark Kent — and its sequels, had died at her home Sunday. Kidder’s manager told TheWrap that the actress had died peacefully in her sleep.

Kidder guest-starred on two episodes of “Smallville” in 2004, as Bridgette Crosby.

Hatcher, meanwhile, tweeted that Kidder “led the way brilliantly” with her portrayal of Lane.

“It is a privilege to have shared the same role of Lois Lane with this wonderful actress,” Hatcher, who played the role on “Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman,” wrote. “She led the way brilliantly. My heart goes out to her family and friends. #MargotKidder #Superman.”

Dana Delany, who voiced Lois Lane in numerous animated projects including the “Batman,” Superman” and “Justice League” series, posted a photo of Kidder and Reeve along with a broken heart and the words “Iconic Lois.”
