It seems like everyone in the universe has weighed in on the president-elect’s cabinet choices. Now someone from a galaxy far, far away is speaking up.

“I’m in total denial,” Mark Hamill told the Daily Beast while giving his thoughts on the whole election.

“I’m glad I have [the show] to take my mind off what’s going on,” the man who plays Luke Skywalker in “Star Wars” continued. “Because if you look at what’s being assembled for our government it’s like, yikes. It’s a who’s-who of really despicable people.”

Hamill was promoting his new gig hosting Comic-Con HQ show “Pop Culture Quest.”

The next Skywalker saga “Star Wars” film is slated for December 2017. Spinoff “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” zooms into theaters (yes, in less than 12 parsecs) on Dec. 16.
