Martha Stewart is joining the Food Network as a recurring guest judge on “Chopped,” the network said Monday.

She will join host Ted Allen, and series regulars Maneet Chauhan, Scott Conant, Amanda Freitag, Alex Guarnaschelli, Marc Murphy, Marcus Samuelsson, Chris Santos and Geoffrey Zakarian, beginning June 5.

“As a lifestyle expert and bestselling author with millions of devoted followers and fans, Martha Stewart’s name is synonymous with perfection,” said Courtney White, executive vice president of programming at the Food Network and HGTV.

“Having Martha’s expertise within the newest season of ‘Chopped’ further reinforces why the series has long been one of the toughest culinary competitions on television,” White added.

In Stewart’s debut episode, four competitors are treated to high-end, expensive ingredients in their mystery baskets, including a pork product in the appetizer basket, an “extraordinary burger” in the entree round and an “unusual” chocolate ingredient in the dessert basket.

Stewart was nominated for an Emmy in 2017 with co-host Snoop Dogg for “Martha and Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party” on VH1.
