‘Masked Singer’ Finale: ‘Blurred Lines’ Clue Makes Robin Thicke Change His Guess for Peacock (Exclusive Video)

“Either I’m WAY off or I’m REAL close”

We’ve finally made it, you guys. After eight long weeks of guessing, the first season of “The Masked Singer” ends Wednesday with not one, not two, but three unmaskings of famous contestants — one of which will be crowned the winner of Fox’s new oddball competition singing series.

But before we find out if that’s Peacock, Bee or Monster, the panelists have to continue to guess who Peacock, Bee and Monster are. And in the above sneak peek from the finale, which is exclusive to TheWrap, Robin Thicke is convinced he’s got the feathered masked singer all figured out.

“He said he was inspired by ‘Blurred Lines,’” Thicke says to the Peacock, host Nick Cannon, and his fellow panelists, Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong and Nicole Scherzinger. “I know that this person put out an album a few years ago that went No. 1 parodying ‘Blurred Lines’ and that’s Weird Al Yankovic. BOOM!”

“Magician! Vegas residency! Either I’m WAY off or I’m REAL close,” he added.

“If that’s Weird Al, he has the voice of baby Jesus and Fergie, OK?” Scherzinger said

The “Blurred Lines” singer doubled down on his guess, adding: “Weird Al’s a mimic. He’s a trained dancer. He plays accordion, piano. Vegas!”

Thicke is confident in his choice, guys. But we gotta tell you, the rest of the team is not.

Watch the video above to find out why.

The two-hour Season 1 finale of “The Masked Singer” airs tonight, Wednesday, at 8/7c on Fox.
