The second season of Fox’s “The Masked Singer” comes to an end tonight. But for fans who can’t wait until 8/7c to tune in, the network has given you the gift of three sneak peeks of the three finalists’ performances from the 2-hour finale.
See The Fox perform “Try a Little Tenderness” via the video above and Flamingo sing Tina Turner’s “Proud Mary” and Rottweiler belt out Sia’s “Alive” via the clips below.
All three contestants will be unmasked tonight but only one will wow panelists Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger, Ken Jeong and Robin Thicke enough to be named the Season 2 winner and collect the Golden Mask trophy.
“Collectively, all of the Season 2 undercover celebrities have amassed 69 Emmy Award nominations, 42 Grammy Award nominations, 22 Broadway shows, three New York Times best-sellers and two have been named Time magazine’s Most Influential People,” according to Fox.
Here’s the lineup of the 13 second season contestants who have been unmasked ahead of the finale: Victor Oladipo (Thingamajig), Seal (Leopard), Ana Gasteyer (Tree), Michelle Williams (Butterfly), Patti LaBelle (Flower), Kelly Osbourne (Ladybug), Raven-Symoné (Black Widow), Sherri Shepherd (Penguin), Paul Shaffer (Skeleton), Dr. Drew Pinsky (Eagle), Laila Ali (Panda), Tyler “Ninja” Blevins (Ice Cream) and Johnny Weir (Egg).
The two-hour “Masked Singer” Season 2 finale airs tonight, Wednesday, at 8/7c on Fox. And if you start to go into withdrawal soon after the oddball singing competition ends, don’t worry, because Season 3 will premiere Feb. 2 after Super Bowl LIV. So you’ll have a new crop of masked singers to theorize over real soon.
