FX’s upcoming “Sons of Anarchy” spinoff “Mayans MC” definitely isn’t taking the time to stop and smell the roses in a sneak peek released on Tuesday.

The new teaser is brief, but evocative, as a group of bikers tears down a dirt road, past a field of roses — which turn from red to black as the bikes roar by.

Fittingly, the soundtrack to the teaser is a Spanish-language version of the Rolling Stones chestnut “Paint It, Black.”

“Mayans MC,” which according to the teaser will premiere in the fall, follows JD Pardo’s character EZ Reyes and hails from “Sons of Anarchy” creator Kurt Sutter and Elgin James.

Set in a post-Jax Teller world, “Mayans MC” sees Reyes, a former golden boy now fresh out of prison, as a prospect in the Mayan MC charter on the California-Mexico border who must carve out his new outlaw identity.

Along with Pardo, Edward James Olmos, Sarah Bolger, Clayton Cardenas, Richard Cabral, Michael Irby, Raoul Trujillo, Antonio Jaramillo and Carla Baratta also star. Director Norberto Barba is also an executive producer on the series from Fox 21 Television Studios and FX Productions.
