Early seasons of “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” will stream on the ad-supported video-on-demand (AVOD) service Tubi as part of a new partnership with Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution, the streamer announced on Thursday..
Under the agreement, the AVOD service will stream seasons one of “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette,” “Trista and Ryan’s Wedding Special” from 2003 and season five of “Bachelor in Paradise,” which aired in 2018. The content will be available to stream on Tubi beginning on April 1.
“This massive franchise strengthens our larger content partnership with Warner Bros. and marks the first of many big reality series we’re bringing to the service,” said Adam Lewinson, chief content officer, Tubi.
“The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” are produced by Next Entertainment and in association with Warner Horizon Unscripted Television.
Launched in April 2014, Tubi has a library of 12,000 films and TV shows available on-demand, as well as branded channels from Complex, Dove Channel, Shout Factory and MGM. The company is backed by Foundation Capital, Cota Capital, Jump Capital, and Danhua Capital, as well as strategic investors MGM, Lionsgate, and Tegna.
Tubi is only available in the U.S. and Canada.
