Michael Jackson Estate Blasts ‘Sleazy,’ ‘False’ Child Porn Report

Singer’s estate claims that report was released to exploit the seventh anniversary of his death

Michael Jackson’s estate has gone on the offensive following a Radar Online report claiming that child and torture porn was found at the singer’s Neverland Ranch, calling the report “sleazy” and “false.”

In a report on Tuesday, Radar claimed that police officers swarmed on Neverland Ranch in 2003 as part of a child-abuse investigation against Jackson.

Radar claimed that, during the course of the search, authorities “turned up everything from Jackson’s twisted porn collection — which included filthy photos and videos of men, women, boys and girls in perverted positions — to drugs to treat sex addiction, with multiple prescriptions written by a variety of physicians for people close to the star.”

The website went on to cite a “private investigator with direct knowledge of the raids” as saying, “The detectives’ report cites Michael even used sexy photos of his own nephews, who were in the band 3T, in their underwear to excite young boys.”

Michael Jackson’s estate denied the report in no uncertain terms, suggesting it was timed to exploit the seventh anniversary of Jackson’s death at age 50, which arrives Saturday.

The estate also emphasized that Jackson was cleared of all child-abuse allegations made against him.

“Everything in these reports, including what the County of Santa Barbara calls ‘content that appears to be obtained off the Internet or through unknown sources,’ is false, no doubt timed to the anniversary of Michael’s passing,” the estate said. “Those who continue to shamelessly exploit Michael via sleazy internet ‘click bait’ ignore that he was acquitted by a jury in 2005 on every one of the 14 salacious charges brought against him in a failed witch hunt.”

The estate added, “Michael remains just as innocent of these smears in death as he was in life even though he isn’t here to defend himself. Enough is enough.”

“Some of the documents appear to be copies of reports that were authored by Sheriff’s Office personnel as well as evidentiary photographs taken by Sheriff’ Office personnel interspersed with content that appears to be obtained off the internet or through unknown sources,” the spokesperson said in a statement. “The Sheriff’s Office did not release any of the documents and/or photographs to the media. The Sheriff’s Office released all of its reports and the photographs as part of the required discovery process to the prosecution and the defense.”

Jackson died on June 25, 2009, of what was later determined to be acute propofol intoxication. Jackson’s personal physician, Conrad Murray, was sentenced to four years incarceration for involuntary manslaughter in 2011, after it was found that his improper administration of the anesthetic caused the singer’s death.
