Michelle Obama to Sit Down With ‘Leno’ Jan. 31

First Lady to discuss upcoming book, health program during her visit

Having reached out to the tweener demographic with her recent cameo on Nickelodeon's "iCarly," First Lady Michelle Obama will attempt to make inroads with the nation's insomniacs later this month.

Obama will appear on NBC's "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" on Jan. 31.

During her sit-down with Leno, Obama is expected to discuss her "Let's Move" fitness campaign, family life in the White House, and her upcoming book, "American Grown: How the White House Garden Inspires Families, Schools and Communities," which is scheduled for an April publication.
