Miley Cyrus’ Bedazzled Caitlyn Jenner Artwork Raises $69,000 for AIDS Research

”Wrecking Ball“ singer’s handiwork fetches big bucks at amfAR event

Miley Cyrus‘ creative output had a positive impact on society Tuesday night.

The “Can’t Be Tamed” singer’s Caitlyn Jenner-inspired artwork fetched $69,000 during an auction at the amfAR Inspiration Gala New York, according to People.

The artwork, called the Caitlyn Collection, consisted of a series of images, each based on Jenner’s Vanity Fair cover photo and adorned with sparkly alterations.

Cyrus was on hand at the soiree to be honored with amfAR’s Inspiration Award, but while she was there she decided to raise some money for the organization.

According to People, bidding on the artwork initially topped out at $65,000, but the singer boosted the amount with a couple of totally Miley personal enticements.

“My left boob is bigger than the right — I’ll show you!” Cyrus said, “What about $69,000? I’ll clean your house … naked!”

Former Olympian and reality star Jenner revealed that she was transitioning from man to woman earlier this year in an interview with Diane Sawyer. In early June, Jenner appeared on the cover of Vanity Fair with an image that bore the message, “Call Me Caitlyn.”
