Apparently, the phrase, “Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain” means nothing to Eric Stonestreet.
“Modern Family” star Stonestreet provided a particularly revealing behind-the-scenes look at the ABC sitcom on Tuesday, posting a video of his co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson in a very vulnerable, and quite naked, moment.
The video features Ferguson being intruded on while in the shower, as a woman abruptly pulls back the shower curtain and a cameraman captures an in-the-buff Ferguson letting out a startled yelp.
Presumably, this was for an upcoming episode of “Modern Family,” but Stonestreet couldn’t help sharing the moment with his Instagram followers.
“Welp, we all finally saw @jessetyler’s junk today,” Stonestreet said of the video.
Naturally, the video blurred out Ferguson’s action zone, but Stonestreet’s reveal nonetheless sparked a number of passionate reactions in the comments section, including from co-star Sarah Hyland, who wrote, “And I missed it?!”
“Did the carpet match the drapes?” asked another commenter, echoing a common query in the comments section.
And yet another commenter observed, “that’s a big blur @jessetyler.”
