Mika Brzezinski Defends Her ‘Little Meltdowns’ on ‘Morning Joe’: ‘I’m Always Right’ (Video)

“I know my little meltdowns make you laugh. They’re always right,” co-host says

MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” co-host Mika Brzezinski had a message for viewers on Tuesday morning.

“I know my little meltdowns make you laugh,” she said. “They’re always right.”

Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough were discussing Monday’s Sally Yates testimony to a Senate Judiciary subcommittee. Scarborough questioned why President Trump continues to defend Michael Flynn.

“It does raise questions about the amount of money that Trump has probably gotten funded through Russia for all of his personal interests,” Brzezinski said.

She then said that White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer is always “stuttering and bumbling” because he’s so uncomfortable with himself but Trump will be the one to eventually pay for it.

“I know my little meltdowns make you laugh. They’re always right,”Brzezinski continued. “I’m always right when — I’m telling you right now — these guys are going to find themselves literally fumbling on their own lies to the point where it brings them down. It’s going to start with the Press Secretary, but it’s going to end up on the President’s desk.”

Brzezinksi is known for her passionate approach and is sometimes mocked for it. In March, she appeared to choke up as she called Trump’s unsubstantiated wiretapping charge against former president Barack Obama “not funny” and empathized with voters who might feel distressed by Trump’s antics. Conservatives were quick to mock her on Twitter; The Drudge Report went so far as to put up a banner on the site that read, “MIKA FREAKING,” for much of the day.

The “Morning Joe” duo has been in the spotlight lately, after a recent engagement resulted in being spoofed on “Saturday Night Live” last weekend.
