‘Morning Joe’ Suggests We’re Seeing ‘Unhinging’ of Trump: ‘He’s Hearing Footsteps’ (Video)

The “Morning Joe” panel took considerable delight Monday analyzing President Trump’s Twitter outbursts from over the weekend. The team said that the president’s attacks levied at Robert Mueller was evidence that he is starting to lose it.

“He’s hearing footsteps. He’s anxious. Every tweet conveys anxiety,” said Washington Post columnist David Ignatius.

“Morning Joe” co-host Mika Brzezinski agreed.

“You see this sort of unhinging of this president. His cavalier tweets,” she said. “The corruption that appears to be happening inside the White House just to cover up so many different things, you get a sense that things are coming, I think, to a tipping point.”

This isn’t the first time the MSNBC morning show has publicly speculated about President Trump’s mental health. Co-host Joe Scarborough routinely implies that Trump may be suffering from early-stage dementia and once said the president reminded him of his mother who has had “dementia for 10 years.”

President Trump made use of a light weekend schedule by continuing his regular attacks on the Russia collusion investigation. This time was the first that the president singled out Mueller by name.

“The Mueller probe should never have been started in that there was no collusion and there was no crime,” he tweeted. “It was based on fraudulent activities and a Fake Dossier paid for by Crooked Hillary and the DNC, and improperly used in FISA COURT for surveillance of my campaign. WITCH HUNT!”

“Why does the Mueller team have 13 hardened Democrats, some big Crooked Hillary supporters, and Zero Republicans? Another Dem recently added…does anyone think this is fair? And yet, there is NO COLLUSION!” he added.
