The Las Vegas authorities have accused Vince Neil of going from "Smoking in the Boys Room" to boozing it up in the Lamborghini.
And on Tuesday, the 49-year-old Motley Crue singer agreed to a plea deal that will confine him to two weeks in jail plus two additional weeks of house arrest, the Associated Press reports.
The agreement with Clark County District Attorney David Roger is in connection to a June arrest for allegedly driving his Italian sports car on the Las Vegas Strip while intoxicated.
Neil is scheduled to begin serving his sentence Feb. 15.
Neil has a tragic history in regard to impared driving, having been behind the wheel in December 1984 during the car crash that killed passenger Nicholas "Razzle" Dingley of the Finnish band Hanoi Rocks.
