The curtain has fallen on the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards and the artists are taking their Moonmen back across the Brooklyn Bridge.
The big winners of the night were Macklemore and Ryan Lewis (3 awards), along with the man of the night, Justin Timberlake (4 awards), who reunited his boy band 'NSYNC on Sunday evening.
Bruno Mars will add two astronaut trophies to his mantle.

Lady Gaga opened the night performing "Applause," and One Direction gave away the first statue. From there, some of the hottest acts in contemporary music took hold of the New York City borough.
