A shirtless man who had “Trump Sucks” painted on his chest disrupted Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers Friday night.
The streaker — who outlets have identified as Vitaly Zdorovetskiy — ran onto the court and was quickly tackled by security guards and escorted away.
ABC decided not to air the stunt and give him any further attention. Luckily, the footage was captured by ABC digital producer Jon Healy, who posted the video to his Twitter account. Various other camera angles have popped up on social media.
ABC announcers mentioned immediately after the game was stopped that security did a tremendous job handling the situation.
Zdorovetskiy is a Russian comedian who is famous for his YouTube prank videos. Had ABC not cut away, Zdorovetskiy’s antics would’ve been seen by over 20 million viewers. In fact, the 2016 NBA Finals is the second-most watched ever on ABC through four games.
