NBC has ordered a pilot for a new game show called “5 Gold Rings,” TheWrap has learned.
In the series, based on a U.K. format from “Possessed,” the game is played on a huge interactive LED floor where every pixel counts.
Players get five rings to answer questions over five levels, and while they endeavor to answer questions correctly — matching rings and responses — the rings get progressively smaller, making

“5 Gold Rings” recently launched in the Netherlands on SBS6 and will air in the U.K. on ITV early this year. Co-created by Possessed and Talpa, it is the first format jointly developed by the two companies. The series will be produced by ITV Entertainment.
