NBC has renewed the Elle Macpherson-produced and hosted reality series "Fashion Star" for a second season.
The show — which also stars Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie and designer John Varvatos as mentors and judges — will return for 10 episodes.
"Fashion Star" has not been a huge ratings hit for NBC, but it has spawned a successful fashion line of the clothes featured in each episode.

"Fashion Star" fashions are sold at Macy's, H&M and Saks Fifth Avenue, and the winner of the season will receive an order for $6 million worth of his or her clothing to be sold at the three retailers.
The first season finale of "Fashion Star" airs Tuesday.
