New ‘Fargo’ Season 2 Trailer Promises 1970s Minnesota Murder Mystery (Video)

Latest installment in FX anthology series debuts in October

In the newest trailer for “Fargo,” we get an in-depth look at the 1970s murder mystery that will no doubt consume the main characters.

In the trailer, Deputy Lou Solverson (Patrick Wilson) and Sheriff Hank Larsson (Ted Danson) are investigating a double murder at a diner in Luverne, Minnesota, circa 1979.

We also get a look at former “Burn Notice” star Jeffrey Donovan as tough guy Dodd Gerhardt, who repeatedly asks if a man he’s interrogating is listening to him, despite the fact that he just ordered the man’s ears be cut off.

The second season of the anthology series will also stars Bruce Campbell, Kirsten Dunst, Jean Smart, Jesse Plemons and Bokeem Woodbine.

“Fargo” will premiere on FX in October.
