“New Girl” producers probably aren’t tossing much wedding rice this morning, as Tuesday’s second nuptials episode actually slipped from the first.

That said, 9 o’clock viewers are harder to attract than 8 p.m. eyeballs are, and both half-hours ticked up one-tenth of a Nielsen ratings point from last week.

CBS and NBC once again tied atop the key 18-49 demographic in primetime, as “NCIS” and “The Voice” both rose. CBS again easily topped total viewers.

Those two networks both averaged a 1.6 rating/6 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic, according to preliminary numbers. CBS was first in total viewers with 12 million, NBC was second with 8.3 million.

For CBS, “NCIS” at 8 p.m. ET scored a 2.0/8 and 15.7 million viewers. At 9, “NCIS: New Orleans” posted a 1.6/6 and 13 million viewers. “Person of Interest” at 10 received a 1.1/4 and 7.4 million viewers.

The actual “New Girl” wedding at 9 received a 1.0/3 and 2.2 million viewers. At 9:30, the “Grinder” finale managed the same rounded numbers as “Grandfathered.”

Univision and Telemundo tied sixth in ratings, both with a 0.5/2. Univision was sixth in viewers with 1.5 million, Telemundo was seventh with 1.4 million.
