New York Comic Con 2019 kicked off Thursday, boasting a lineup packed with panels and screenings for fans of everything from “Batwoman” to “Snowpiercer.”

This year’s show includes slots for HBO’s eagerly anticipated “Watchmen” adaptation from Damon Lindelof, CBS All Access’ “Star Trek: Discovery” and the forthcoming “Star Trek: Picard,” AMC’s “Walking Dead” universe, a 20th anniversary tribute to “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” spinoff “Angel,” the return of Hulu’s “Castle Rock,” and the premiere of Netflix’s upcoming sci-fi series “Daybreak” — among many others.

Below you’ll find the list of must-see events for the fan convention, which runs Thursday, Oct. 3 to Sunday, Oct. 6.

Thursday, Oct. 3

Title: 20th Century Fox Panel: An Insider’s Look at “The King’s Man” and “Free Guy”
Time: 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Location: Javits Convention Center – Main Stage
Description: 20th Century Fox will be at New York Comic Con with Criminal Masterminds, British Intelligence Agents, Despondent Bank Tellers & Biker Girls for An Insider’s Look at “The King’s Man” and “Free Guy.” This panel will introduce both films and feature exclusive conversations with the cast and filmmakers. “The King’s Man” is Matthew Vaughn’s origin story of Britain’s very first independent intelligence agency hitting theaters in February, and “Free Guy” is an adventure-comedy directed by Shawn Levy starring Ryan Reynolds as a forlorn bank teller who discovers he is a background character in an open world video game, in theaters in July.

Title: “Tell Me a Story” Special Sneak Peek of Season Two and Panel Discussion

Description: Return to the world of “Tell Me A Story,” the hit psychological thriller created by Kevin Williamson. Title: “Archer”: Discussion and Q&A

Description: Archer, FXX’s award-winning animated comedy series, returns to the Big Apple following an explosive 10th season in which – spoiler alert!! – Sterling Archer wakes up from his three-year coma! Catch up on all the shenanigans in advance of Season 11 by joining the voice cast and executive producers for a lively, not-to-be-missed discussion and Q&A.

Title: USA’s “The Purge” Premiere Screening and Panel
Time: 2:30 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Location: Hammerstein Ballroom
Description: Don’t miss the premiere screening of the new season’s first episode, followed by a panel with stars and creators. Derek Luke, Paola Nuñez, Joel Allen, Rochelle Aytes, James DeMonaco, James Roland and Krystal Houghton Ziv. Based on the popular film franchise, USA Network’s THE PURGE returns for its second season on October 15 at 9/8c on USA Network. This season, we’ll finally discover what happens the other 364 days of the year!

Title: “Emergence”

Description: Sony Pictures is proud to announce that we will be at NEW YORK COMIC CON next month with an exciting panel for our reimagining of the horror classic THE GRUDGE from Screen Gems. We are thrilled to have the film’s producer, Sam Raimi making his first New York Comic Con appearance, along with director Nicolas Pesce (The Eyes of My Mother, Piercing), and cast members Betty Gilpin (“Glow”) and Lin Shaye (Insidious).

Title: “Evil” Exclusive Screening and Panel Discussion

Description: “Evil” is a psychological mystery that examines the origins of evil along the dividing line between science and religion. The series focuses on a skeptical female psychologist who joins a priest-in-training and contractor as they investigate the Church’s backlog of unexplained mysteries, including supposed miracles, demonic possessions and hauntings. Their job is to assess if there’s a logical explanation or if something truly supernatural is at work. Title: Netflix Presents: “Big Mouth”

Join Nick Kroll and cast, along with executive producers as they take on NYCC with hilarious clips and commentary from the highly-anticipated third season. Title: “The Banana Splits Movie” Premiere Screening

Description: The beloved children’s show is back… with a vengeance–a horrible, bloody vengeance! Join us for this exclusive screening and some side-splitting fun (literally). In this SYFY original movie, the characters (Fleegle, Bingo, Drooper and Snorky) from the 1968 children’s show, “The Banana Splits Adventure Hour,” go on a bloodthirsty rampage during a live taping of The Banana Splits TV show. It’s fun for the whole family! (You know, if you’re into ruining childhoods). A SYFY Original, THE BANANA SPLITS MOVIE will make its world television premiere on SYFY on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 9/8c.

Title: StarTalk Live at New York Comic Con, hosted by Neil deGrasse Tyson

Description: StarTalk brings the universe of science fiction down to Earth and onto the main stage at NYCC Thursday night. Title: Shudder’s “Creepshow” Series Screening
Time: 8 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Description: Be among the first to see a new episode of the Shudder Original Series Creepshow, a horror anthology series from executive producer Greg Nicotero (The Walking Dead) based on George A. Romero’s iconic 1982 film famous for its tagline, “The Most Fun You’ll Ever Have Being Scared.” The series features stories by Stephen King, Joe Hill, Joe R. Lansdale, Josh Malerman and others. Title: A Night With M. Night: Introducing “Servant” on Apple TV+

Description: An exclusive event with master storyteller M. Night Shyamalan as he introduces Servant, a new psychological thriller series coming to Apple TV+.

Title: Spongebob Appreciation Day
